Chris is the managing broker for Venture Realty Corp., a Kelowna-based real estate brokerage licensed to provide real estate trading services, strata management and rental property management services.
Chris has dedicated the past 15 years to developing his analytical skills and sales experience to be a premier, client focused realtor. After achieving his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of British Columbia in 1999 and his Master of Business Degree from the University of Calgary in 2002, Chris started a career in marketing and sales with Canadian Pacific Railway. In 2003, Chris won the prestigious President’s Award for his involvement in the arbitration and eventual settlement of a multi-billion dollar contract dispute.
In 2004, Chris became a founding partner in the development of an innovative new seniors’ housing project in Kelowna called Mission Villas. Through active involvement in the marketing, sales, finance and management of Mission Villas, Chris has developed an acute appreciation of homebuyers' needs. Chris' experiences at Mission Villas have emphasized the importance of a detailed financial analysis in the home buying process, as well as a keen understanding of the emotional aspects of purchasing real estate.
Chris' business education and experience have provided him with patience, excellent negotiating skills and a strong financial background. All these attributes are key factors for ensuring his clients enjoy a first-class real estate experience.
He is happily married and a proud father of one.
